My goal every day is to work with intention and integrity.
I like to start my day with a power hour where I focus on disciplines that are important to my mental, physical and spiritual health.
From there, I like to commit my daily plan to paper.
I noticed last week that I missed doing this a couple of days and was not nearly as efficient and effective as I could have been.
I didn’t beat myself up over it, I just recommitted to my success formula for the coming week.
