Is Your Goal to Have Goals?

Since it’s still January and many are still in the goal setting mood, I thought I would touch on goals while you still care.  For many the goal this year is to set goals.  Unfortunately many will not set goals primarily because of fear.

Tales of the rugged individualist

The definition of rugged individualism as defined by dictionary.com: rugged individualism- noun- individualism in social and economic affairs; belief not only in personal liberty and self-reliance but also in free competition.   I have heard that this person still exists out there and have run across him/her several times in the past few years.  Is this how you run your business?

The problem with going it on your own is that we don’t know everything there is to know about setting it up and running it on our own.  Because of this we are intimidated by the process. Small Business owners move forward every day and try and complete campaigns for web development, online marketing, PPC, all on our own.  We tend to work harder and longer on a project as a result.  What are some of the reasons that small business owners behave this way?

Get the facts on the importance of Soul Purpose

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics out of 100 people that start working at the age of 25, by age 65…

  • 1% are wealthy – Only one out of every hundred!

  • 4% have enough money to retire – with government assistance.

  • 3% are still working and will need to continue to work until they die.

  • 29% are already dead.

  • 95% of all Americans retire in poverty. This is the typical level of financial reward a person can expect after at least forty years of full-time hard work.

  • US government figures showed that the average person reaching retirement age in North America has savings of less than $500.

Let’s start my life already

I want to find my purpose.  The problem is I don’t want to have to set out on this long journey to do it.  Sound familiar?….. Be honest.  We have had this conversation in our minds many times I am sure.  When you really think about, discovering and living your Soul’s Purpose is easy when you think of your life devoid of purpose.
