Ep 187- All Work and No Play?

When it comes to be being productive, there are a lot of different schools of thought around what works and what doesn’t. One thing that has been shown to help you be more productive is taking time off.  It’s good for your brain, you end up doing more etc. Josh Pastner, newly minted basketball coach of Georgia Tech, seems to think that time off is a sign of weakness.
