Working Harder Vs. Working Smarter

If you are like me, you had a way that you thought about work growing up that came from your family. Some of those thoughts were good and some of them were not so good.

Over the years, I have heard a lot of people say “work smarter not harder”.

The problem is that you may not know what that means all the time (I don’t), and you may not even recognize when you are working hard but not smart.

This week’s episode is for those that would like to reduce the burden of their work a little bit to bring some joy back into their life. I am throwing out six ways to recognize when you aren’t working smart and what to do about them.

Enjoy the episode and give me a review if you enjoy the show.

Until next time!
