According to Gallup workplace in engagement is at about 31%. This means that two thirds of the workforce is not actively engaged in the objectives of the company. The easy response to this is to blame it on the employees; Millenials are lazy, people just want a paycheck, etc. People want more and we all need help and support. This is where you come in.
