Ep 194- Why You Should Understand What You Delegate

Premature delegation.  So frustrating.  So unsatisfying. You have the money.  You have the desire.  You hire someone and then….utter disaster. It wasn’t who you hired as much as it was when you hired. You weren’t ready.  You didn’t understand enough about what you were delegating.

At some point in time you realize that, as the African Proverb says, if you want to go fast, go by yourself.  If you want to go far, go together. If you want to create bigger results in business, a team will get you there.  There is a time to delegate and there is a time wait.
