It’s not that you don’t want to follow up. Â As your business grows, so does your responsibility. Â There are a lot more things for you to worry about. Â Following up with your team is a great idea in theory but doesn’t feel practical when it comes time to actually do it. Â This is a similar scenario that probably gets in your way too.
