Bullsh*t Excuses Series: Dumb Shit I Believe About Myself

Everything that I have talked about with regards to excuses has its’ origin in the things that are thought and said that hold you back.

These things are called limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs are strongly held and require you to get into the mess of sorting out what you really think about yourself and why.

In this week’s show, I tackle limiting beliefs head on and give you five things to think about or practice to overcome them.
