Team Performance Secrets

There is a simple way to engage people that focuses on what we bring to the table and what we can change to affect people differently that we lead.

This is contrast to the way that most leaders approach people by trying to change others.

This month’s masterclass dives into how to approach people from a place of empowerment vs. a place of victimhood.

For the select few who registered for this call who are looking to create a significant change in the way you engage people in your organization, I am doing three Breakthrough Blueprints sessions for those that want more support in the area in team building. The session is free and you can get more info and book your call below.

“Attending this forum was a truly transformative experience. Despite a challenging and unpredictable schedule, I managed to participate in all six sessions, and I’m incredibly glad I did. The program’s blend of theoretical insights and practical application was exceptional.

One of the most valuable takeaways was the realization of the importance of building trust with clients by setting clear expectations and providing a predictable experience. Session 3, focusing on trust, was particularly impactful, prompting me to consider the client’s perspective and address potential barriers.

I was also deeply impressed by the goal-setting session, which offered a fresh and effective approach. The program’s content resonated on a personal level, particularly the insights into self-perception and the ability to give genuine compliments. Furthermore, the engaging stories and quotes shared by the facilitator were both inspiring and memorable, and I’ve already incorporated them into my own conversations.

The collaborative atmosphere and the opportunity to learn from other attendees were invaluable. Sharing insights and challenges with fellow participants provided a sense of community and helped me understand that we all face similar struggles.

I wholeheartedly recommend this program to any advisor seeking to deepen their understanding of their practice and themselves. The thought-provoking content and the opportunity for personal reflection made this forum an incredibly worthwhile investment. I was often haunted, in a good way, by the topics we discussed, and that’s a sign of truly impactful learning.”

Purpose Driven Productivity

The most difficult part about attending a workshop is the time taken away from other things – business and non-business. What I realized in attending was it was really engaging and lots of powerful information and you engagement and insights from other participants, and even feeling pretty crappy I found it very compelling to participate and I am excited to talk about take aways with my partners next week. That was not a specific feature or section… I think I liked the activity audit and the defining purpose best, but possibly the “ID your biggest obstacle” was the most powerful for me in what it crystallized.

I also liked getting to hear from other business owners and leaders that experience similar problems and struggles. Re-focused on and clarified my purpose.

I would recommend this workshop because it is full of great information, entertainingly presented, and with opportunities to use the information to gain insights into yourself and how you are showing up in your business and life, insights that can help you live and run your business better.

I have just started my second year with New Work Revolution. When you have a wonderful employee,or in this case consultant, it is never a pain or a regret signing a pay check. Especially when it makes your life easier. I joined a family-owned business and thanks to Brandon, the company had its best year in 99 years. We went up 500k and I even worked 52 less days. Thank you for a helpful, wonderful and fantastic experience. I’m in for whatever New Work Revolution has to offer.
