If you won’t go somewhere, how can you expect that from your team. Great leaders do one things really well, they move people. They don’t do this by force they do it through influence. Great leaders make the commitment and they live the commitment.
What type of leader are you? When your business does well, it’s probably a function of your leadership. When it doesn’t do well, it’s also a function of your leadership. This is a big responsibility and not for the faint or heart or the uncommitted.
