Extrinsic vs Intrinsic Motivators For Employees

When I ran a sales team, the sales people on my team had the opportunity to make pretty nice bonuses every single month if they made sales.  Some people earned nice bonuses, some people earned very minimal bonuses.  While I think money is important, I don't think that it's enough to truly move your team to greatness.

This week's quick video tip is about how to make this happen for your team.
