I remember sitting in a productivity workshop and listening to the moderator tell me about productivity and the keys to being more effective on a day-to-day basis. He said something that I never forgot during the first 30 minutes of the workshop that changed my life forever. It helped me reduce the stress and the overwhelm that I had created in my own life.
