The 7 Questions You Should Ask About Your Business

Seven questions you should ask about your businessI have talked in detail about the importance of thought in your business.  Whether you are a new business or have been in business for a long time, there are seven questions that you must know and understand about your business for it to succeed at a high level.

Five of the questions I borrowed from Peter Drucker.  I then added a couple of other questions that are essential to small business owners.  Those questions are:

Who am I?

Who do I know?

The first question is about working in your Soul Purpose.  The second is about building relationship capital.

You have, no doubt, heard these questions before.  The real question is, when was the last time you thought about them, analyzed them in your business and took different action as a result of what you discovered.

Download the seven audios and the workbook here.  Then take some time in your Power Hour or work on the business time to run these questions through your own business.

If you have any questions or need help, you can message me here.
