When I first started leading people, I thought vulnerability was for the weak. On a daily basis, I put on a front that I had my shit together all day every day and that nothing ever bothered me. Through this behavior I cam to a realization, I was the weak one.
It takes courage to be real and talk about real things. Ineffective leaders spend too much time building walls around their hearts so that people can’t get it in. Is this your leadership style?
