It’s important that when you are working with a team of consulting professionals to move your business forward that you work with them rather than just let them run with it. The bottom line is that it’s your business and who better to further your vision and push it in the direction than you. It’s great to take advice but you are the end all be all of your business not you consulting team.
Make sure that you understand all of the different pieces of advice that you are given for your company and if you are not sure about something, it’s time for a second opinion. The truth is there is rarely one set rule for getting something done. Match the solution that best fits you and your business.
