The Formula for Playing Your Game

As I prepared for our monthly webinar recently on stepping away from your office successfully, a familiar concept of “playing your game” came up. As I thought about, I asked myself “what are the most important components that a leader needs to have to enable them to play their game full out?”

I stepped up to the whiteboard and started writing and creating. As I did this, a pattern emerged for what those components are.

That’s the subject of today’s podcast. I break down the formula and talk about what each one is and what’s the biggest challenge you face with doing them.

I am also curious what you think about the formula. Is there anything that you think is missing or needs to be taken out? Check in and let me know.
