Outrunning Your Ghosts

In the beginning of a new year, you start to think about what changes you want to make to your life to improve yourself.

As you work on your goals and resolutions, take a look at some of the ghosts (limiting beliefs and thought patterns) that you spend time running from that may hold you back from achieving the things that you want to achieve.
