I have been reading a book called, Strangers to Ourselves which deals with discovering the adaptive unconscious. There is a thought early on in this book that says, “much of what we want to know about ourselves resides outside of conscious awareness”.
You probably were aware of this already.
If you want to learn more about yourself, relationships matter.
If you are like me and are more process oriented than you are relational, you have to work a little harder to glean insights from the people around you. This entails making more of a conscious effort to be in a relationship.
If you already are relational, what are your current relationships telling you about yourself right now?
