Technology and production have evolved significantly over the last 20 years. This has created a problem for small business owners. How do you stay away from the pressure to compete on price?

Our Total Experience Design method aims to solve this problem for business owners by teaching them how to design a business that delivers a transformational experience to their customers. Designing an ideal experience starts with knowing who your ideal customer is that would benefit from the experience you create. To do that requires you to educate the marketplace on what makes your business stand out from everyone else who does business in your market. In this half day workshop, you are going to work on identifying who your customer is and what tools and strategies you need to make your customer a smarter buyer.
