I have on both sides of an employee review.   Employee reviews can be stressful.  It’s stressful to have your performance reviewed (do they hate my work?  Am I doing a good job?) and it’s also stressful to review someone else’s performance (How will they react to this? Should I have this tough conversation or let it go?)
