How To Create Healthy Accountability On Your Team

In today’s world accountability is an overused term.  Use the word in some companies and watch the eyes roll as the team listens to another set of hollow promises and directives from their leaders.

As a leader how do keep yourself from being the parent that always threatens discipline but never does anything?

When you only talk the talk and you don’t walk the walk, people pick up on that pretty fast.

It’s one thing to talk about accountability.  It’s another to actually live it.
