Ep 222- Your Moral Obligation to Difficult Conversations

Difficult conversations with difficult people are one of the most emotionally taxing areas of a business.  No one wants to deal with people who have a crappy attitude and a lack of ownership for their behavior.  If you are a leader, then embracing these conversations are a must.  If you are unwilling to have these conversations, you aren’t ready to lead people.  You have a moral obligation to the stakeholders of the business to have difficult conversations.
