It’s been little bit since I have talked about the morning routine that we call a power hour. My friend Mike was asking some questions about my morning routine and rather than answer him directly with a message, like a normal person, I decided to record a podcast episode about it.

How you start your day can make a big difference in how you show up in that day. The Power Hour routine serves to create space for you to participate in the expansion of your mind, body and spirit. This doesn’t mean that if you don’t do a morning routine you will be a failure or that of you do a morning routine you will be a wild success. In my years of performance coaching, I have seldom seen people try a Power Hour and regret it or feel like it didn’t create power for them.
If you don’t have a morning routine, now’s your time to give it a shot.
