Ep 212- Great Leaders Do This to Get the Most From Their Teams

Great leaders get the most from their teams.Business owners are great at hiring people but don't know how to move from the hiring process to creating a group of people who work together towards a common goal in an inspired way.  Business owners are so focused on their own contribution to the mission that they forget about everyone else.  Basically Gladys Knight with the Pips except, in this case, the Pips have zero clue what the moves to the song are.

In case you were wondering about the definition of team. I looked it up.  It says, “A group of people with a full set of complementary skills required to complete a task, job, or project.”

This week's podcast is about how great leaders build teams and grow teams to do their best work. Check out the podcast by clicking the player at the top of the page and make sure you are subscribed to the podcast in iTunes.
