Business owners are great at hiring people but don’t know how to move from the hiring process to creating a group of people who work together towards a common goal in an inspired way. Business owners are so focused on their own contribution to the mission that they forget about everyone else. Basically Gladys Knight with the Pips except, in this case, the Pips have zero clue what the moves to the song are.
In case you were wondering about the definition of team. I looked it up. It says, “A group of people with a full set of complementary skills required to complete a task, job, or project.”
